Asparagus Soup
To make a delicious asparagus soup using your blender saute an onion in a light oil until soft using a medium saucepan. Add the asparagus to the mix and cook for a further 2-3 minutes. Add some water and chicken broth and cook for another 7-10 minutes or until the asparagus is tender. Transfer the mixture to your blender and secure the lid. Blend the mixture until soft which shouldn't take more than about 1 minute. Serve and season to taste.
Apple and Banana Oatmeal Smoothie
Create a wonderfully tasty smoothie for the whole family in just a couple of minutes by adding 480ml water, a low fat vanilla yogurt, a banana, 2 table spoons of oats, an apple, 60g of dried cranberries, and a quarter teaspoon of ground cinnamon to your blender. Secure the lid and turn the blender on to a high speed for 45 seconds. Pour the mixture into a glass and enjoy!
Chocolate Cookie Ice Cream
To make your own chocolate cookie ice cream with your blender put 3 chocolate chip cookies into your blender and mix until broken into small pieces. Transfer to a bowl and set aside and then clean the container. Next add 240ml of chocolate milk, 2 tablespoons of milk powder, 2 frozen bananas, 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder, 4 tablespoons of honey, and 30 ice cubes to your blender. Thoroughly mix the ingredients until blended and then add the cookie mixture prepared earlier and dispense to a serving dishes.
